Gentle Strength Programs
Improve your strength, mobility, and balance so you can continue doing all the things you love for a long time. This small group strength training experience includes progressive, personalized programming and feedback. You will learn foundational movement patterns and then build on those movements with more challenging variations and heavier weights. You will meet with the same small group twice a week. Each group is capped at nine people.
