Design Your Own Experience (DYOE)
DYOE is a foundational component of The F.I.T. Lab. Popular because of its unique ability to build community, our DYOE classes give clients a choice of the number of classes and days that they attend each month. In our DYOE classes, clients can expect to have a well-designed format for each workout that allows for modifications that can either increase or decrease the intensity. Classes are led by different trainers each week and consist of strength training, circuit training, Tabata, HIIT, Yoga, cardiovascular and more.
