Jolt & Bolt
Nothing can prepare you for the day like a good workout. Jolt and Bolt will meet outdoors when the weather permits. This will give clients the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, while working up a sweat with bodyweight, HIIT, and full-body exercises. In this class, an emphasis is placed on using one’s own body weight as a tool for improving their overall fitness. Once clients have mastered their own body weight and movements, they will progressively add weights and equipment to increase the intensity and benefits of the workouts.
